Allison joined the Mid-Michigan Insurance Agency team in July of 2023. She has over ten years of experience in customer service, a passion for using spreadsheets, and an outstanding attention to detail. Allison loves meeting new people and building relationships with them. Her polite and caring personality, makes her the perfect fit for her position.

 

Outside of working at MMIA, Allison enjoys watching the Redwings, Hurricanes and Predators play hockey. She also has a passion for painting, coloring, and making jewelry. Allison has three adorable cats and a pet turtle named Claude.

Jeannette began her insurance career at Mid-Michigan Insurance Agency in March of 2014. When first hired, Jeannette started her career with us as a Front Desk/CSR. She was then promoted to our commercial lines department shorty after. Jeannette helps our clients with their everyday personal and commercial business needs. Jeannette’s favorite part of working at MMIA is getting to know our clients, and providing the best customer service.

 

Jeannette grew up in Central Michigan. Graduating from Mt Pleasant Highschool in 1999, she has been involved in our community for many years. Her and her husband currently live in Mt Pleasant, and spend their free time with family, friends, and staying active in the gym. They share two children, and recently became grandparents to their first grandbaby.

Shelly joined the Mid-Michigan Insurance Agency team in February of 2024. After graduating from Mt Pleasant High School in 2016, she started her career in banking as a CSR/Bank Teller. From her years in banking, Shelly has acquired many valuable customer service skills. Additional to working at our agency, she also owns and operates her own small business. With this experience in marketing her own business, as well as her ties to our community, she is the perfect employee to execute our marketing projects.

 

Outside of working at MMIA, Shelly spends most of her time crafting jewelry for her small business, and attending craft shows. She enjoys fishing, crafting, spending time with friends and family, attending classes at MP Fit Club, and binge watching a variety of 2000’s TV series. She has a newly rescued pup named Lola, and two cats named Renly and Jasper.

Kyle joined the Mid-Michigan Insurance Agency team in March of 2026. He brings with him over ten years of experience in hospitality management, where he developed a strong passion for helping others and cultivating lasting relationships. Using his extensive customer service experience, dedication, and passion for helping others, Kyle can provide our clients with top-tier service and create genuine connections with everyone he works with.

 

When Kyle is not working at MMIA; he and his wife, Susan, love traveling and enjoy every opportunity to explore new destinations and meet new people. They also enjoy spending time with their families, as well as their two dogs, Zeus and Luna. In addition to working at the agency, Kyle owns and operates a small travel business.

David joined Mid-Michigan Insurance Agency in February of 2006. After graduating from Central Michigan University, David moved to Monroe, MI to pursue a career in Law Enforcement. After leaving the field, he wanted to continue serving his community, and moved into a full-time position at our agency. He currently operates in Monroe as a Commercial Lines Agent. With David’s footing in Monroe, and ties to Mt Pleasant, he provides great service to our agency.

 

Outside of servicing our clients, David enjoys sports, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He often returns to the Mt Pleasant area to spend time with family and friends.

Amy joined the Mid-Michigan Insurance Agency team in November of 2023. Amy came to us from Indiana, with almost 20 years of experience in the non-profit organization career field. During her career, she provided support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and their families. Amy loves being of service to others, and helping our clients with their insurance needs. With an empathetic, kind, and passionate personality, Amy is a perfect fit for our team.

 

Amy and her husband relocated to the Mt. Pleasant area in 2023 to be closer to family. Amy and her husband have two children that remain in Indiana. Outside of working, Amy spends her free time with friends and family. She also has two boxer pups, Doc and Ava, who love car rides and adventures through the aisles at PetSmart.

Ashleigh joined the Mid-Michigan Insurance Agency team in August of 2025, bringing with her over a decade of customer service experience and several years of sales experience. She has a genuine passion for helping others and is deeply committed to helping clients protect what matters most. She enjoys building lasting relationships and ensuring each client feels supported and protected. Ashleigh is the first point of contact at our agency. With her outgoing and bubbly personality, she provides a welcoming experience for every visitor and client. She’s the welcoming face that makes every visit feel like home.

 

Ashleigh grew up in Midland, and is now a homeowner in Shepherd. Outside of working at MMIA, Ashleigh and her husband, Doug, enjoy playing in their local dart league. She also loves spending quality time with her family, taking walks with her Husky mix, Zeus, and working at her local VFW. Ashleigh and her husband, Doug, are excited to be first-time parents to their baby boy.
